Our Villa is built right in the Centre of Mertonas settlement and consists of three areas purely build in traditional Karpathian architecture.
1st Area.
Consists of a single combined dining and living room,
fireplace and traditional wooden staircase that connects to the soufa (traditional Karpathian bedroom room capable of accommodating 6 people) and a large veranda with an unrestricted view of the sea.
2nd Area.
Consists of one double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom.
3rd Area.
Based on the traditional Karpathian design, the owners has renovated an old mill used for the manufacture of flour creating a fully equipped kitchen linked with the main room of the House, the lounge and the dining room.
Finally, our Villa has a large courtyard where guests can enjoy an endless view. The great Platanus that lies in the middle of the area for more than 200 years, creates a priceless atmosphere and gives rise to unique feelings of serenity and relaxation, leading you towards the cinematic blue of the Karpathian sea...
Our traditional villa is fully equipped/furnished and has
air-conditioning, fridge, kitchen, washing machine, TV, dvd player, all kitchenware items, barbecue, coffee machine, bath towels, bath robes and slippers. |
NOTE: Our Villa is for self catering holidays and during your stay we do not provide cleaning service. Also each visitor will have the choice of fresh fruits and vegetables as there is a garden below the villa that provides them.
